Went in for the first time tonight on a whim because I purchased a faulty vape from another smoke shop and the owner, Jay, was so accommodating and understanding on my hesitation of purchasing the same product. Not only did he let me test it out, but he was kind enough to let me decline and purchase something else. 10/10 customer service, I’ll definitely be coming back :)
